For new organisations, this starts with helping you create a workable implementation plan. If you already have a plan, but there are some areas that are proving challenging, we can work together with your managers and staff to develop practical processes that suit your organisation. Putting them into practice before the CAA certification visit, will mean that everyone is familiar with the system and you can demonstrate that it is suitable for your scale of operation.
Bespoke training and coaching for SMS activities

Preparation of Senior Persons for a CAA interview
Provision of bespoke coaching (including mock interviews) so that your nominated Senior Person has the best opportunity to demonstrate that they have the necessary leadership skills, knowledge and experience to fulfil the role.
